Benedictine is seeking dynamic and compassionate LPNs who will provide quality, patient‑centered, evidence‑based care to our residents.

• The LPN utilizes principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN participates in implementing person‑driven care plans as developed by an RN.

• Current state licensure as a Practical Nurse in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

• Shift: Various (6:30 AM‑7 PM, 6:30 PM‑7 AM)
• Scheduled days:
  Sunday–Saturday

• Salary: $25.25–$37.55 per hour
