Defect Compliance Officer - Location North Wales
M Group have a vacancy for a Defect Compliance Officer based in North Wales.
This role will be within their clean water team.
- Day to day you’ll manage the process for identifying, logging, tracking, and resolving all defective reinstatement works (reinstatement defects).
- You’ll need to conduct regular, in-depth site audits and inspections of completed works to assess the quality of reinstatement, focusing on compliance with contract specifications and Highways Authority standards.
- You’ll down the volume and cost of defects by implementing effective root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- You’ll liaise closely with the Highways Authority (Client) to manage joint inspections, validate reported defects, and maintain positive working relationships.
