As an Order Filler
, you play a key role in making sure our customers get exactly what they need—on time and in great shape.

Location:

Minot AFB Commissary

Shift: Sunday 9am‑2pm;
Monday 7am‑12pm;
Tuesday 8am‑3pm;
Friday 8am‑3pm;
Saturday 9am‑2pm

• Pick online orders with speed and accuracy using a handheld device.
• Inspect products for quality, ensuring freshness, cleanliness, and proper condition.
• Pack and stage orders for pickup or delivery, organizing items neatly.
• Handle substitutions using guidelines and notify the team if items are out of stock.
• Maintain efficient movement to meet time goals while staying safe.
• Keep your area clean and stocked; wipe down work areas and return stray items.
• Work with other departments and communicate with leads or supervisors when needed.

• Standing & walking most of the shift; walking across store, stockroom and pickup areas.
• Lifting & carrying up to 40 lbs, occasionally heavier with assistance.
• Bending, reaching, squatting and twisting when loading or unloading carts or totes.
• Repetitive motions—scanning, grabbing, bagging, organizing.
