C-Store Supervisor - United Quality Cooperative

We have an immediate opening for a C-Store Supervisor at United Quality Cooperative. The role is a leadership position in a fast paced, customer focused environment. The supervisor will ensure smooth store operation, opening and closing procedures, staff delegation, policy compliance, and customer service excellence.

• Understand and follow all store policies and procedures.
• Oversee day to day activities of subordinates and assign responsibilities.
• Train employees and provide ongoing support.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Comply with all company safety and risk management policies.
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and hazard assessments.
• Maintain high standards for work areas and appearance.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with co-workers and other departments.
• Accurately handle cash transactions.
• Ensure staff accountability to company policies and procedures.
• Report any issues to Assistant Manager/Team Lead.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license.
• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or convenience store environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, be a self starter, and complete tasks in a timely manner.

• Direct and frequent contact with customers.
• Work performed inside and outside the store with exposure to extreme temperatures, vapors, fumes, high humidity, and household chemicals.
• Noise level generally moderate.
• Long hours on all shifts, weekends, holidays, and on call availability.

• Stand for extended periods, walk, use hands and fingers to handle and feel.
• Reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
• Occasionally sit.
• Bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, push, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Regularly lift and/or move 20 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally climb and descend ladders.
