CSR - Convenience Store -PM Shift; Velva

Enerbase is a locally owned cooperative that supplies its patrons with goods and services. We are currently seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative for our convenience store evening shift  a CSR, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our convenience store.

Your responsibilities will include handling customer transactions, answering inquiries, and providing assistance in a friendly and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, stocking shelves, and ensuring the availability of products. Additionally, you will play a vital role in promoting our cooperative and its services to customers.

• Handle customer transactions, answer inquiries, and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and ensure product availability at the store.
• Promote the cooperative and its services to customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to work closing shift
• Must be 21 years of age
