Jewelry Sales Associate

One Day Jewelry & Repair at 2021 N. Amidon, Suite 1600 is seeking a full‑time, jewelry sales associate in our family owned and operated business. The role involves selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting to drive company revenue.

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Assess and receive jewelry and related merchandise from customers

• Previous experience in sales and customer service
• Knowledge of jewelry products preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic financial calculation skills
• Professional appearance at all times
• Ability to stand for extended periods during business hours
• Self‑motivated
• Strong organizational skills
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure to achieve set goals
• Excellent attention to detail
• Spanish bilingual a plus but not required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of jewelry retail sales experience or retail sales experience
• Must pass a background check and a Basic Math Skills test

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.
