The Café Sales Associate is responsible for proper food preparation, following kitchen safety techniques and health standards. The Café Sales Associate prepares food, stocks deli coolers, keeps areas clean, neat and stocked and provides excellent customer service.
The position is for afternoon shift, 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Shifts may change with store needs. Flexibility is preferred.

The Sales Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and accurately processing fuel and merchandise sales. The Sales Associate ensures shelves are stocked and products are readily available, operating efficiently while following company policies to support store profitability.
Responsibilities- Ensure top‑notch customer experiences every time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store
- Prepare food and beverages while meeting health standards
- Handle cash, funds, and products responsibly
- Prepare shift‑change reports by closing and balancing the cash register
- Verify customer identification for restricted items and follow all regulations
- Assist with tasks as needed to keep the store running smoothly
- Adapt to customer needs and adjust sales strategies to support profitability
- Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to respond immediately to emergency situations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
