To direct and advise all store employees to attain the store's financial goals, to maintain store standards, and to develop an environment, which is conducive to accomplishing Dakota Magic Casino, Hotel, Convention Center & C-Store goals.

- High School Diploma/GED required
- 2-3 years retail experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age

- The abilities the applicant must already possess in order to qualify for the position
- Must complete a 90-day probationary period
- Must be licensable by SWO Gaming Commission
- Ability to work various shifts, weekends and holidays
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Some duties may vary by shift.
- Supervises clerks.
- Prepares daily shift reports.
- Prepares schedules for clerks.
- Must be able to operate the Recycler, POS system, gas pumps controls, stock shelves, fill coolers, clean, etc.
- Train new employees on Recycler, POS system, gas pumps controls, stock shelves, fill coolers, clean, etc.
- Check in vendors' freight.
- Resolve problems that arise on a specific shift.
- Enter the UPC codes into the computer as prices change.
- Assists the C-Store Manager with ordering.
- Supervise all activities of assigned shift
- Maintain inventory and sales area
- Provide customers with product information
- Must provide quality customer service.
- Greet customers as they enter the store premises and also as they step out.
- Must learn to report stock-outs or potential stock-outs.
- Must learn and be able to perform the proper merchandising.
- Must learn and be able to stock merchandise properly.
- Must learn and be able to perform price changes, signing, and paper flow procedures.
- Must be able to check in and date stamp perishable merchandise as it is received.
- Must learn and be aware of all security procedures. (Drive Offs, theft, counterfeit money)
- Must be able to work cooperatively with other employees
- Responsible for operating and securing receipts from the cash register (i.e. all monies, coupons, comps and receipts)
- Must learn and be responsible for stocking inventory.
- To perform other functions as required by the, C-Store Manager and/or General Manager.

The team member is regularly required to stand, for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to forty (40) pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The team member is regularly exposed to risk of radiation (from computers), as a great deal of the workday is spent working on spreadsheets or inputting data into the computer system.
Office, gaming floor and convention center environment including flashing lights, frequent loud noises and cigarette smoke. Extensive computer use. Must handle hazardous materials. Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any hours and/or shift, as assigned, according to business needs. Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals. High volume direct public contact.
