Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative

As a Pharmaceutical
Field Sales Representative
, you will drive the adoption of pharmaceutical products within your assigned territory by educating healthcare providers and building strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote pharmaceutical product(s) to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
- Deliver effective product messaging and education to drive prescribing adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and office staff.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Provide timely reporting, insights, and feedback to management.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with healthcare professionals.
- Educate HCP's and staff on product features, benefits, usage, and clinical data.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and ethical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-3 years of successful sales track record in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceuticals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly.
- Ability to travel extensively within territory.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
