Overview
Our client is a market‑leading UK SaaS business operating at the intersection of technology and social impact, with over 20 years of trading history and a proprietary digital experience platform used by more than 100 public sector organisations. Their cloud‑hosted solutions include websites, intranets, patient portals, workflow automation and AI‑powered content tools, all built to the highest security standards.
Responsibilities- Drive new business growth across a defined territory.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of strategic, six‑figure opportunities from discovery through to close.
- Build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior leaders in mission‑critical organisations.
- Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles with rigor and a consultative approach.
- Deliver compelling demonstrations, proposals and business cases that resonate at board level.
- Work closely with the executive, product and delivery teams to ensure every deal lands well.
- Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a complex software sales environment.
- Demonstrable experience selling complex solutions to enterprise organisations, understanding pain points, building business cases and articulating ROI.
- Ability to influence and engage at C‑suite and board level without losing momentum through a complex stakeholder environment.
- Exceptional communicator, relationship‑builder and self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mind.
- Strong academics – not necessarily degree level, but a demonstrable high achiever at CGSE/A Level or equivalent.
Base salary negotiable depending on experience with an OTE of £140,000‑£150,000, uncapped. Hybrid working – ideally you would live within a reasonable commute of the company’s Surrey HQ and be able to go in a couple of days a week. Fast‑track progression for those who excel.
