Crane Rigger Trainee — Hands-on Field

Crane Rigger Trainees – Up to $26/hr – Belfield, ND

Crane Rigger Trainees in Belfield, ND will learn to assist with load rigging operations including anchoring equipment, signaling hoisting activity, and setting up rigging gear. This physically demanding outdoor role involves lifting heavy loads, working in harsh weather, and operating with a safety-first approach. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to learn in a fast-paced construction environment.

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass drug test, background check, and MVR check
• Ability to follow safety protocols and communicate clearly
• Clean-shaven (for PPE compliance)

• CDL Class A or B (preferred)
• Prior crane rigging or related construction experience
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends
