• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of Floor Hand and Derrick Hand experience
• Supervisory-level well control training
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to operate rig controls, conduct job safety meetings, and manage crew documentation
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings

• Class B CDL license for driving the workover rig
• Strong computer skills in MS Office
• Experience operating mud pumps, pipe tallies, and handling ESPs
• Leadership in rig-up/rig-down inspections and crew management
