Concrete Finisher Journeyman – Ray, North Dakota

• Practice safe work habits at all times and promote safety to others.
• Proficient working knowledge of and experience working with rotating equipment.
• Assist immediate supervisor with future tasks to be completed.
• Coordinate work with other crafts and co-workers on the job.
• Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• Select type and size of related materials according to the job specifications.
• Inspect bracing and shoring of concrete forms ensuring stability before and during pouring.
• Study blueprint, sketches, or building plans for information pertaining to the type of material required such as various mixes, admixtures, curing compounds, grouts, and sealants commonly used on an industrial site.
• Ensure proper permits have been obtained and can read & understand all permits.
• Prioritize tasks according to job schedule and work sequence.
• Assist in industrial carpentry, reinforcing iron and rebar, and site layout as needed.

• 48+ minimal hands‑on experience within craft.
• Work experience in petrochemical, power plant or oil and gas refinery.
• Must meet pre‑requirements:
  Drug and Alcohol Test.
• OSHA
  10, OSHA 30 or Safety Essentials certification.
