Job Overview

Our client is hiring Industrial Electricians in North Dakota and Minnesota for a permanent role in the Tech Services industry. The position focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within a fast‑paced environment.

Salary: $36–$42 per hour. Permanent employment.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Perform general electrical maintenance on forklifts and other machinery.
• Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices.
• Repair and replace equipment, wiring or fixtures.
• Follow National Electrical Code and state/local building regulations.
• Conduct circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
• Use the SAP system for work order management, time entry, and material requisition.
• Collaborate with the team to identify machinery problems and develop solutions.
• Train and mentor apprentices.
• Adhere to quality and safety codes.

• Minimum 5 years of electrician experience.
• Experience in the Tech Services industry.
• Forklift operations and maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with electrical and manual tools.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Physical condition to work long shifts and overnight.
• Diploma or completed apprenticeship as an electrician.
• Valid electrician license.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power generation, blueprints and maintenance.
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and controls.
• Journeyman certification required.

• 401k match.
• Hourly up to $42.66.
