You achieve this by:

• Resolving technical logistics issues and carrying out maintenance activities.
• Monitoring and managing building‑related installations such as HVAC, fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
• Identifying technical improvement opportunities and contributing smart solutions.
• Guiding external technicians and suppliers on site.
• Ensuring a safe, clean and well‑organised technical working environment.

• Experience in technology, maintenance or a technical service environment.
• Technical insight and a hands‑on mentality.
• Knowledge of installations, maintenance or troubleshooting.
• A proactive, independent and solution‑oriented mindset.
• A good command of Dutch or English.
