Oilfield Roustabout Crew Pushers - Watford City, ND

Badlands Contracting, LLC. is seeking Roustabout Crew Pushers to lead teams in the performance of various oilfield services in Watford City, North Dakota. This role involves supervising roustabout laborers, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and hands‑on participation in oilfield construction and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in oilfield operations, and the ability to work in challenging outdoor environments.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years supervisory roustabout pusher experience
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Basic understanding of construction/roustabout tools and procedures
• Ability to supervise and train roustabout laborers
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
• Working knowledge of computers and software (Microsoft Office, email, timekeeping, invoicing)
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 65 pounds unassisted
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement/extreme weather conditions
• Willingness to work long hours and frequent weekends
• Compliance with all company and DOT safety policies

• 3 years supervisory roustabout pusher experience (preferred)
• Valid Class A CDL (preferred)
