Millwright Foreman – Ray, North Dakota (Job Number: 319791)

This position is located on the Bison Project in Ray, North Dakota.

• Strong working knowledge of and experience working with rotating equipment.
• Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• Prepare layout, using rule, framing square, and calipers.
• Ensure proper permits have been obtained and can read & understand all permits.
• Prioritize tasks according to job schedule and work sequence.
• Coordinate work with other crafts, co‑workers and other contractors on the job.
• Must be willing to provide guidance and on‑the‑job training and mentoring to other crafts.
• Delegate individual responsibilities and tasks to crew members and others as needed.
• Progress work packages daily.
• Upon completion, walk‑down work package to verify completion.
• Conduct regular inspections of workmanship quality as well as ensure installation is per specification.
• Conduct daily safety meetings with craft employees addressing specific work areas and following changes in conditions that stress compliance with company and regulatory safety procedures.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol test.
• Must have either OSHA 10, OSHA 30, or Safety Essential.
• Must have industrial experience.
