Rig Operators – Well Servicing + BOP Operations – Belfield, ND

Ranger Energy Services is hiring Rig Operators in Belfield, ND to manage the operation of well servicing rigs and supervise crew activities during pulling, tubing, and casing operations. Candidates will be responsible for BOP inspections, rig-up/down, and safe operation of equipment in a fast-paced oilfield environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for experienced rig hands looking to advance.

• 5 years’ experience on well servicing rigs (preferred)
• 2 years’ experience as a relief operator (preferred)
• Ability to perform duties of Floor Hand III and Derrick Hand
• Valid driver’s license or CDL (or ability to obtain)
• Knowledge of pump/tank operations and BOP equipment
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing and physical

• Strong leadership and crew mentoring skills
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical rig systems
• Ability to perform inspections, maintenance, and emergency procedures
• Experience with rig safety documentation and HSE systems
