Tiger Well Service is hiring experienced derrick hands and floor hands to work on well servicing rigs in Watford City, ND. This position involves rigging up/down, elevated work in derricks, tubing and rod handling, forklift operation, and strict adherence to safety protocols. The role operates on a 20/10 hitch with strong opportunities for advancement.

• Must be 18+ years old
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Ability to work in fast-paced team environments
• Flexible schedule with required overtime during hitches
  
  Reliable transportation to/from work
• Pass pre-employment and monthly drug/alcohol screenings

• Proven experience working both floors and derricks on a rig
• Familiarity with PPE inspections, energy isolation procedures, and equipment maintenance
• Clean driving record for crew truck operation
