Rossco Shop LLC, a division of Rossco Crane and Rigging Inc. is looking for experienced Mechanics to join our team. We provide paid training to keep our techs up to date with the latest information on the equipment that we work on.
As a technician at Rossco you will be expected to be able to perform the following duties.
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs on hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems.
- Be able to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Solid understanding of CANBUS systems, electrical circuits
- Perform repairs on truck and trailers
- Have basic computer skills used for troubleshooting
- Be familiar in diagnostic programs or able to learn how to use them, including Cummins Insite, Cat ET, Xentry diagnostics
- Be familiar with diesel engine operation and repair procedures
- Troubleshoot and repair after treatment systems
- Be able to lift up to 100 pounds
- Be able to stand for long periods
- Be available to work overtime when necessary
- Must be able to work safely and well with others
- Welding and fabrication skills preferred
- Service truck experience preferred
- Ideal candidates would have crane experience (preferred but will consider candidates without, with heavy equipment experience.)
- Able and willing to follow all safety protocols
- Strong work ethic

Rossco provides the following benefits

Experience/ certifications
- Valid driver’s license required with an acceptable driving record
- Three years of relevant experience in diesel and/or heavy equipment repairs
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing
