Position Summary:

Applied Digital is seeking a results‑driven
Owner’s Rep Electrical Superintendent to monitor and provide expertise in electrical construction operations on large‑scale infrastructure projects. As a direct representative of the owner in a field support role, this individual is responsible for overseeing field execution of power distribution, low‑ and medium‑voltage systems, and electrical infrastructure while ensuring strict standards for safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day‑to‑day electrical construction activities on site
• Oversee installation of electrical systems including switch gear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, and power distribution
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, labor, and equipment
• Review electrical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Drive schedule adherence and resolve field‑level conflicts or issues
• Partner with mechanical and general construction teams to ensure trade coordination
• Lead site safety efforts and enforce safety protocols
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and system turnover
• Provide progress reports and communicate risks and constraints proactively

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction with superintendent or lead supervision experience
• Strong understanding of electrical systems including power distribution and critical infrastructure
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data centers, industrial plants, or mission‑critical facilities
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, local codes)
• Experience supporting commissioning activities
• Prior work on large, fast‑paced construction programs
