Instrumentation Technicians

ONEOK is seeking experienced Instrumentation Technicians to join their team in Watford City, North Dakota. As a Senior Instrumentation Technician, candidates will play a vital role in maintaining and troubleshooting advanced instrumentation and control systems at natural gas processing and pipeline facilities. - Competitive salary: $87,000 – $131,000 per year
- Geographical allowance of $1,500/month (pre-tax)

- Experience installing, troubleshooting, calibrating, maintaining, and repairing electrical/electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, analyzers, measurement, control, and automation systems
- Ability to work with PLCs, DCS, SCADA, safety interlock systems, analyzers, and high- and low-voltage equipment
- Experience with gas processing fundamentals and related equipment
- Ability to read and interpret repair orders, mechanical drawings, procedures, charts, diagrams, dials, gauges, and equipment manuals
- Physical ability to perform heavy work (lifting 50-100 lbs occasionally)
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license (for company vehicle use)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience mentoring less senior technicians and supporting complex troubleshooting and commissioning efforts
- Familiarity with governmental rules, regulations, and electric codes
- Experience with reliability-based programs
