About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tin & Insulation Building Foreman to lead and manage construction crews on oil field sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tin and insulation installation on buildings, piping, and vessels, framing/erecting wood and steel framed buildings, ensuring safety, quality, and project deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a crew in the installation of tin cladding, sheet metal, and industrial insulation on oil field structures
  • Framing and erecting wood and metal framed buildings
  • Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to plan materials and workflow
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and other trades on-site
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
  • Train and mentor crew members
  • Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and project progress
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in tin, insulation, and framing work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
  • Strong understanding of framing, sheet metal installation, cladding systems, and industrial insulation methods
  • Experience in oilfield or industrial construction environments
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to remote job sites
  • Safety certifications (e.g., H2S Alive, First Aid, CSTS) are preferred
