Diesel Maintenance Technician

Target Hospitality seeks a Maintenance Technician to support our remote hospitality and workforce lodging facilities. In this fast-paced, service-oriented role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on guest rooms, common areas, and building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry. You will troubleshoot equipment issues, complete work orders, and support facility readiness to ensure safe, comfortable accommodations. Working closely with operations and hospitality teams, you'll help maintain high safety standards, respond to maintenance requests, and support large-scale projects in remote and underserved locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, guest rooms, and common areas
• Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues
• Respond to maintenance work orders and service requests in a timely manner
• Conduct routine inspections to identify safety or maintenance issues
• Maintain tools, equipment, and parts inventory in an organized, safe manner
• Document maintenance activities and updates in work order systems
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with operations and hospitality teams to minimize downtime and guest impact
• Support setup, repairs, and upgrades for remote and workforce lodging facilities
• Assist with emergency repairs and on-call rotations as required
