Oilfield Roustabout Crew Pushers - Watford City, ND
Badlands Contracting, LLC. is seeking Roustabout Crew Pushers to lead teams in the performance of oilfield services in Watford City, North Dakota. This role involves supervising roustabout crews in new well construction, maintenance, and general oilfield work. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands‑on experience in oilfield operations, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years supervisory roustabout pusher experience
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Basic understanding of construction/roustabout tools and procedures
- Ability to supervise and train roustabout laborers
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 65 pounds unassisted and work in inclement weather
- Ability to safely operate all vehicles and equipment involved in roustabout work
- Working knowledge of computers and software such as Microsoft Office, email, and timekeeping programs
- 3 years supervisory roustabout pusher experience
- Valid Class A CDL
