As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities. You will have the opportunity to perform general maintenance and repairs, inspect and identify equipment in need of repair, troubleshoot issues, and plan repair work using blueprints or equipment manuals.

Additionally, you will have the chance to showcase your skills in general repairs, routine maintenance, and facility upkeep.

Job Summary:

• Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair
• Perform daily checks on fuel dispensers and buildings
• Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs
• Plan repair work using building's blueprints or equipment manual as needed
• Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician
• Perform routine maintenance on building systems
• Clean and assist with upkeep of the facilities
• Order supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 1+ Year(s) of prior experience.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Operate forklift, vehicle, and other various equipment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license
• Related experience preferred
• On-the-job training offered

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing and walking
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Able to work in all weather conditions
