The Harm Reduction Advocate at Fargo Cass Public Health provides and enhances safe emergency shelter, drop-in services, and WMU management. The advocate meets the immediate needs of homeless individuals who cannot access other shelter options in the community, and assists with housing referrals during shifts.
This role includes day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts and requires a flexible schedule to meet shelter and WMU needs.
