Onsite Services Specialist

The American National Red Cross seeks a Service to the Armed Forces Specialist to support military members, veterans, and their families. In this mission-driven role, you will provide emergency communication, case management, and resource referrals, connecting clients with vital services during times of crisis and transition. You will collaborate with volunteers, military installations, and community partners, conduct outreach and briefings, and maintain accurate case records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and information to service members, veterans, and their families.
• Coordinate referrals to community and military resources for financial, emotional, and logistical assistance.
• Assist with emergency communication messages between military commands and families.
• Support outreach, briefings, and workshops on Red Cross services to the Armed Forces community.
• Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and data entry in client management systems.
• Collaborate with volunteers, community partners, and military installations to expand program reach.
• Participate in disaster response or deployment-related support activities as needed.
• Promote Red Cross programs in alignment with mission, policies, and confidentiality requirements.
