You will make an impact in the following way:

• Support and maintain existing applications while contributing to the development of new solutions
• Develop, test, document, and enhance Java-based applications with a focus on backend systems and data processing
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures in MS SQL Server
• Perform data transformation and migration from diverse and unstructured data sources
• Collaborate with developers, business users, and system integrators to support system transitions, migrations, and upgrades

What you will bring:

• Java Development Experience – You have 3+ years of professional experience developing Java applications, including hands‑on experience with Java Swing.
• SQL & Database Knowledge – You are experienced in working with SQL databases, preferably MS SQL Server, including query optimization and stored procedures.
• Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills – You enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and analyzing complex backend systems and data flows.
• Collaboration & Communication – You work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to deliver practical solutions.
• Technical Curiosity & Adaptability – You are comfortable working on both legacy and modern applications, including data migration, automation, and system transition projects.
