About the position:
TRACTOR OPERATOR assigned to ROUGH RIDERS GOLF COURSE at Minot AFB, ND
.
This is a FLEXIBLE (FLEX) position. A Flex (Intermittent) schedule does not have guaranteed hours, and you may work 0‑40 hours per week as needed by the facility.
Employees are eligible to use the fitness center, golf course, bowling center, clubs, and swimming pool.
Responsibilities- Operates field‑type tractors with attachments to maintain the grasses at the golf course.
- Operates a variety of equipment to include but not limited to: mowers, aerators, plows, harrows, clippers, sprayers, disks, post hole diggers, moveable dozer, blades, backhoe, and other equipment ranging from small hand‑held applicators to tractor‑drawn liquid and solid dispensers.
- Makes all adjustments to equipment to ensure proper settings, connections, and mechanical soundness of equipment.
- Observes all safety rules and regulations pertaining to vehicle operation.
- Performs operator maintenance on field‑type tractors and related equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
