JLC is seeking an experienced and reliable Winch Truck Driver to join our team in Watford City, ND. This position offers top pay and 100% employer-paid medical and dental insurance. As a winch truck driver, you will play a key role in supporting oilfield operations by safely hauling, loading, and positioning heavy equipment and materials across rig and production sites. • Operate winch trucks to load, haul, and unload oilfield and industrial equipment
• Safely position drilling rigs, workover rigs, tanks, and other heavy loads
• Secure and release loads using winch lines, cables, and chains according to safety standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; ensure vehicle and equipment are maintained in safe working order
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, rig crews, and other team members
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, hours, and service logs

• Valid CDL (Class A required) with clean driving record
• Oilfield winch truck experience is required
• Strong knowledge of North Dakota roads, oilfield sites, and rig locations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Physically capable of handling rigging, chains, and load security
