Line Logistician

Line Logistician, work abroad.

• Fluent English and business terminology at IELTS 6.0 ACADEMIC level;
• Practical work experience in the field (preference is given to candidates with experience in transportation of aviation technical property);
• Decency, diligence, communication skills, accuracy, ability to work in a team and goal-orientation.

• Organization of international transport and expeditionary support (air, road, sea) for cargo, knowledge of transportation rules to ensure the most optimal strategy (time, cost, service quality), documentation procedures for transportation;
• Organization of timely delivery of aviation technical materials (ATM) to helicopter base areas;
• Providing daily/monthly reports on the movement of ATM in transit;
• Continuous communication with Aviation Companies (carriers) and forwarders during cargo transportation;
• Providing information necessary for concluding agreements and contracts;
• Preparing official notes regarding cargo transportation and performance of air, sea, and road transportation of ATM;
• Control of timely submission of certificates of completed works and payment of invoices;
• Budgeting and reporting to support the group's activities at the work place;
• Willingness to travel to African countries for a period of time from 4 to 6 months.
