Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled CDL Operator to join our Enviromental team. In this vital role, you will operate a variety of commercial vehicles and heavy machinery to support construction projects, infrastructure development, and site maintenance. Your expertise will ensure safe, efficient transportation of essential equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, Side dumps, tankers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects while demonstrating your mechanical knowledge and CDL operations.

• Safely operate commercial vehicles including dump trucks, tankers, and specialized construction equipment in accordance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct pre-operation inspections on all equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
• Assist with site preparation, material transport, and debris removal to maintain efficient workflow on construction sites
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate equipment usage and project timelines
• Maintain detailed logs of equipment operation hours, maintenance needs, and safety checks
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to OSHA standards and company policies

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements IE:
  Hazmat, Tanker
• Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
• Construction site experience with familiarity in safety procedures and operational best practices
• Ability to perform routine inspections and basic repairs on machinery as needed
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Must have valid medical certificate card
• Ability to pass road test in a manual transmission
