Currently looking for an hourly Warehouse Helper for our Bison project in Ray, North Dakota.

As a Warehouse Helper you will contribute to our team by:

• Receives material coming into the warehouse by vendors, customers, or returning from projects accurately and promptly.
• Verifies the quantity and description of materials received by checking items received against the packing list.
• Prepares a receiving report if none is available.
• Examines incoming shipments for damaged items and appropriately reports or records any discrepancies.
• Places materials on shelves, in racks, or other designated storage areas in an orderly manner.
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
• Assembles and fills orders to be shipped to projects or vendors.
• Reviews all requisitions to determine if they were picked correctly.
• Ensures warehouse cleanliness is maintained on a regular basis.
• Safely operates all necessary equipment in the work area.
• Might be asked to perform various tasks outside of warehouse needs.

What you will bring to the role:

• Be able to identify items by size, type, style, color, or manufacturer.
• Solid reading skills – must be able to read requisitions for materials to be shipped.
• Basic math skills and reasoning skills.
• Forklift certification a plus but not required.
• Ability to understand and execute instructions.
• General understanding of the warehouse and footprint.
• Operate inventory control equipment, i.e., barcode equipment, handheld devices, or computers if necessary.

Must pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol test.

Must have OSHA 10 or Safety Essential certification.
