Operations Associate

Brief Description

Agro Liquid is growing in Carrington, and we’re looking for a hardworking, dependable Operations Associate who wants to be part of a team that gets things done.

Our Carrington team is fast-paced, dedicated, hands-on, and proud of the work they do. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, solving problems, and being part of a team where everyone contributes and everyone matters.

You’ll help keep our operation moving by:

• Preparing and loading plant nutrition products for bulk truck, rail and tote shipments
• Operating equipment, forklifts and related computer systems
• Assisting with manufacturing, inventory and material handling
• Supporting equipment inspections, maintenance and site projects
• Keeping the facility clean, organized, efficient and safe
• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Overtime during peak seasons including Spring and Fall

• We want someone who brings an outstanding attitude and work ethic, mechanical aptitude, reliability, attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety. Forklift experience, computer skills and related operations experience are a plus.
• Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, works at a strong and dependable pace, cares for equipment, and understands that their work directly contributes to the success of the entire team.
