Senior Specialist, Virtual Care

• Lead the development and enhancement of strategic and operational plans for Virtual Care Services
• Collaborate with departmental and organizational leaders to advance the strategic plan
• Develop policies, procedures, and guidance tools to enhance virtual care practices
• Assess trends in virtual care and develop strategies to keep the organization responsive
• Represent the organization in provincial and local committees related to virtual care

• Master's degree in a related health discipline such as Nursing or Health Information Science
• Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in a healthcare environment
• Extensive experience in leading the integration of computer technologies in clinical practice
• Proven ability to manage projects and direct teams effectively
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio

• Demonstrated knowledge of emerging trends in Virtual Care
• Experience with clinical change management methodologies
• Ability to coach and lead teams in a healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building effective relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
