Drive executive-level status reporting, providing visibility into timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, financials, and overall portfolio health.
Facilitate steering committee meetings, phase-gate reviews, and project governance activities.
Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Build business cases and support leadership in evaluating, prioritizing, and approving new initiatives.
Monitor project performance using KPIs and delivery metrics while proactively mitigating risks and removing roadblocks.
Perform portfolio planning activities, including project prioritization, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
Improve project management methodologies, governance frameworks, templates, and delivery standards across the organization.
Coach and mentor project managers while promoting project management best practices throughout the business.
Support organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and business processes.
Conduct project retrospectives and benefits realization reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Participate in business continuity efforts and support emergency response activities when necessary.
