Field Sales Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative based in N Ft Myers, FL. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets through effective communication and negotiation. Other responsibilities include promoting Hire Quest Direct's staffing solutions, identifying client needs, providing insights to develop tailored solutions, and ensuring excellent customer support.

Collaboration with internal teams to ensure service delivery and maintaining records of sales activity are also key aspects of the role.

The hours are 5:30am-2:00pm Monday thru Friday. There is office work to get done between 5:30am and 8:00am. Between 9am-2PM there is customer service and sales work to be done in the field.

Starting pay is $41,500 base salary ($20/Hour) plus commissions and gas allowance.

Income potential:

First Year $60k-$70K

Second year $70K-80K

Third Year $90K and up!
