The Plumbers Plumber is a highly respected, fast-growing plumbing and underground services company serving Southwest Florida. We specialize in advanced drain cleaning, cast-iron pipelining, jetting, and emergency underground repairs, and we pride ourselves on being the company other plumbers call when they need help.
We are now hiring a hands-on Service Plumber to help run our scheduled jobs, support other technicians, enhance customer service, and work side-by-side with ownership and our Office Manager.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership, and loves solving problems before they become problems.
Position OverviewWe're seeking a skilled and dependable Plumbing Service Technician with a good driving record to join our team. This is a full-time position with a great starting salary, plus potential overtime. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
- Assist on drain cleaning, cast iron re-lining, leak detection, and under-slab repairs
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems
- Remodels/Repipes
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Follow all safety protocols and plumbing codes
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers
- Verifiable experience as a plumbing technician
- MUST have a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing service
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Based on experience - Company vehicle and tools provided

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional evenings/rotating weekends)
