As a well drilling tech/ Install Crew, you will assist with irrigation installations, well drilling support, job site setup, equipment handling, and general outdoor construction. • Assist with irrigation installation and water well drilling projects
• Help set up and break down job sites
• Load, unload, assemble, and disassemble equipment and materials
• Assist crew leaders and drillers with daily project tasks
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Maintain cleanliness of trucks, tools, equipment, and job sites
• Gather materials and prepare equipment for daily jobs
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site guidelines
• Support general labor and outdoor construction activities as needed

• Must be able to work outdoors in Florida summer conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding manual labor
• Must be able to consistently lift 75-100 lbs
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
• Construction, irrigation, landscaping, or drilling experience is helpful but not required
