Role Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and mentor.
* Lead a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
* Inspire a love of learning.
* Implement our proprietary forward-thinking curriculum.
* Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
* Build relationships with families and coworkers.
Qualifications:
* 1 year of childcare experience preferred.
* Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred.
* High school diploma/GED required.
Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
