Senior Accountant

Green skies Clean Focus is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring the timely completion of month-end and year-end processes. The Senior Accountant will work closely with the Controller and CFO on financial analysis, process improvements, and strategic initiatives that support the continued growth of the company.

• Accurately prepare and report financial results to investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Assist the Controller in coordinating the annual audit for the Development Company and support external auditors with requested documentation.
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements and support schedules.
• Forecast, monitor, and analyze the financial performance of Development Companies.
• Perform traditional accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, account reconciliations, and cash management.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations and maintain the accuracy of the general ledger.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Support budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the CFO and Controller to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate accounting, treasury management, or public accounting.
• Strong financial analysis, Excel, and financial modeling skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with a high degree of urgency and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
