We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support a dynamic manufacturing environment. This individual will play a key role in accounts payable, general accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities while partnering closely with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and timely financial reporting. This role is well-suited for an accounting professional with 1-5 years of experience who is looking to grow their skills in a collaborative manufacturing environment!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process accounts payable transactions and ensure accuracy of vendor invoices

+ Support general accounting activities and daily accounting operations

+ Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations

+ Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting

+ Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation

+ Support review and analysis of account balances

+ Assist with audit requests and internal controls

+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies

+ Partner with Finance team members on ad hoc accounting projects

Requirements

Required Qualifications &

Experience:

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

+ 1-5 years of accounting experience

+

Experience with accounts payable and general accounting functions

+ Understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes

+ Manufacturing or similar industry experience preferred

+ Strong Excel skills and ERP system experience

+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

+ Ability to work collaboratively across Finance and Operations teams
