Staff Accountant

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support a dynamic manufacturing environment. This individual will play a key role in accounts payable, general accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities while partnering closely with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and timely financial reporting. This role is well-suited for an accounting professional with 1-5 years of experience who is looking to grow their skills in a collaborative manufacturing environment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions and ensure accuracy of vendor invoices
• Support general accounting activities and daily accounting operations
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
• Support review and analysis of account balances
• Assist with audit requests and internal controls
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
• Partner with Finance team members on ad hoc accounting projects
