Customer Success Mgr./ CSM
Position Summary
Administers customer service accounts of moderate scope and complexity to achieve division business objectives and to meet customer performance expectations. Responsible for overseeing assigned customer accounts, interpreting customer requests, monitoring performance and delivery, investigating complaints, and negotiating pricing and discounts based on a predetermined scope.
Scope/Supervision and InteractionThis position does not have direct reports. It reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and interacts with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities- Enter and maintain sales orders and quotes for assigned customers.
- Interpret customer requests and monitor performance and delivery.
- Negotiate pricing and discounts based on predetermined scope.
- Evaluate customer performance requirements, delivery schedules, and review estimates of materials and labor costs.
- Resolve customer complaints concerning deliveries, invoicing, or billing discrepancies.
- Maintain successful, long‑term business relationships and contacts with customers.
- Utilize customer websites to obtain information.
- Perform contract review on orders.
- US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year experience in customer service for a manufacturing company.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Attention to detail when entering and maintaining sales orders.
- Experience coordinating with customers (quoting/status updates) and internal disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good computer skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, able to speak to all levels of the organization.
This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.
Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule Competitive Compensation- Pay Range: $22.5/hr to $37.5/hr.
