Primary Care Physician (serving both pediatric and adult patients)

Location:

near North Haven, CT Setting: 100% office-based, outpatient primary care

Schedule:

Full-time, weekdays only Teaching:
Optional faculty appointment available Call:
Phone call only, averaging 2 weekend calls per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months Compensation:
Guaranteed base salary with uncapped incentive bonuses, loan repayment support, sign-on bonus, and relocation stipend Requirements:
Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligibility) Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Med-Peds
