Manufacturing Process Engineer

The Manufacturing & Process Engineer will partner closely with production, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to optimize manufacturing operations, improve equipment reliability, and lead continuous improvement projects throughout the facility.

• Lead manufacturing and process improvement initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and throughput.
• Partner with maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment failures and reduce downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing and quality-related issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in and lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen events, TPM activities, A3 problem-solving, and 5S programs.
• Evaluate and justify capital equipment investments through ROI and payback analysis.
• Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvement projects with internal teams and outside vendors.
• Create and maintain manufacturing layouts and equipment documentation using CAD software.
• Support predictive maintenance and process optimization efforts through data analysis and technology-driven solutions.
• Provide technical support to production, maintenance, quality, and procurement teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Experience with root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with CAD software and standard engineering tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, or related continuous improvement programs.
• Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial data collection, predictive maintenance, or IoT technologies.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and process development.
