At Medtronic you can begin a life-long career of exploration and innovation, while helping champion healthcare access and equity for all. You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.

In this role, you will serve as a key engineering partner to the Global Facilities Team, acting as the primary liaison between Operations, Project Management, and Construction teams to ensure facility projects and infrastructure initiatives are delivered successfully. As the Owner's Representative, you will help translate business and operational needs into effective engineering solutions while maintaining alignment across multiple internal teams and external partners.

You will lead and coordinate the work of Facilities teams, experienced technical professionals, and specialized vendors, providing technical oversight and direction throughout the lifecycle of projects and operational initiatives. While many of the individuals you collaborate with will not report directly to you, you will play an influential leadership role, guiding cross-functional teams through complex facility improvements and infrastructure efforts.

A significant focus of this position is supporting Mechanical and Plumbing systems across global facilities. You will help drive projects and initiatives that strengthen facility infrastructure, improve operational reliability, and enhance energy performance. From early planning and design through execution and operational support, you will ensure that systems are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.

Success in this role requires strong collaboration and influence within a matrixed environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate resources, provide technical expertise, and ensure that critical infrastructure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on global facility operations by shaping infrastructure strategy, advancing sustainability and energy initiatives, and contributing to the long-term reliability and performance of essential building systems. At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work.

We're working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. This role will be based in North Haven, CT.
