Sr Reliability Engineer
Job

Location:
North Haven Connecticut 06473
Pay Rate:$55.00 - $60.00/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate product failures, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- Analyze failure trends, customer complaints, and reliability data to identify systemic issues.
- Conduct technical investigations using FMEA, RCA, and other reliability methodologies.
- Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, and Product teams to implement reliability improvements.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Strong root cause analysis and system-level troubleshooting of mechatronic/robotic systems.
- Data analysis, technical investigations, and reliability engineering.
- Experience with FMEA, failure analysis, CAPA, and complaint investigations.
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
