Sr Reliability Engineer
Investigate product failures, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
Analyze failure trends, customer complaints, and reliability data to identify systemic issues.
Conduct technical investigations using FMEA, RCA, and other reliability methodologies.
Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, and Product teams to implement reliability improvements.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to cross-functional stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Strong root cause analysis and system-level troubleshooting of mechatronic/robotic systems.
Data analysis, technical investigations, and reliability engineering.
Experience with FMEA, failure analysis, CAPA, and complaint investigations.
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
